Admin

Greenville, NC – Police in Greenville are searching for the person who abandoned a litter of puppies in an empty lot yesterday. The Greenville Police Department has reached out to the public for assistance to find the woman, and hopefully, the mother of the seven young pups.

In a social media post, the authorities stated that the puppies were abandoned in an empty lot in the area of Skinner/Myrtle Street. The police believe that they know who the woman is, but they are having a hard time locating her and they desperately want to reunite the puppies with their mother.

The puppies were saved thanks to a good Samaritan who noticed them and stopped to help. The puppies are currently in the care of the Humane Society of Eastern Carolina.

Anyone with information about the woman, or who believes they know where she is, should call 252-329-4387.
