Meet Martha; a beautiful, three-year-old black and white female Siberian husky. On November 26, Martha was brought to the Riverside County Animal Control – Coachella Shelter. She has been accused of killing some chickens, placed on the “special needs” list and therefore has been placed on the euthanasia list.
PetHarbor adoption listing:
Dog – ID#A1708366
I am a female, 48.20 lbs, black and white Siberian Husky.
I am estimated to be about 3 years old.
I have been at the shelter since 11/26/2022.
I am a special needs animal. Please contact the shelter for more information.
And here is the challenging questions as to why Martha, so recently arriving at the shelter as a stray, is slated to be euthanized so quickly.
As a vegan I am offended by the fact that this husky is going to be killed because she killed some chickens when she was a stray. Humans torture chickens before they kill them in factory farms…should they face the same fate?
