The animal shelter at the City of San Bernardino Animal Services is completely full and when there is no longer any space, arrangements have to be made to end their lives.
Today is possibly Jean Harlow’s last day to see the sun and breathe the air on the playground. She is 12-years-old and arrived as a stray. Why is it that her owners never came to the shelter to take her home? The German shepherd is a friendly dog who has been kenneled with another dog. Sadly, she has been reported to be fearful, and just is not doing well in the shelter.
