Rescue Dogs Rock NYC has stepped up to help a two-month-old puppy brought to the DeKalb County Animal Services in Georgia on Tuesday afternoon. The puppy, now named Patrick has been rushed to the rescue organization’s partner veterinarian hospital for life-saving treatment.

Sadly, it is hard to imagine how anyone could be so heartless as to let a young puppy suffer like this and then throw him away as if he was trash.
Patrick has an uphill battle, and at this time his prognosis is not known. This puppy’s story is just beginning now, and everything that has happened to him for the past eight-weeks hopefully will soon be in the rearview mirror.
How could anyone have let him get this bad? We will never understand how humans can see an animal suffer so without helping them.
