In Louisville, the Kentucky Humane Society rescued an adorable pup, and his name is sure to catch on – meet Everything Beagle. That’s what the staff at the shelter named him a few weeks ago when he arrived with some serious injuries, and Everything Beagle is his name. No kidding!
When he arrived at the shelter, the gashes on his back were so deep his skin has started to fall apart exposing his muscles. And although the veterinarians couldn’t promise Everything Beagle was going to survive his critical injuries, they knew he deserved a chance. They stitched up his wounds, flushed the areas daily, administered antibiotics and redressed his wounds daily. During the time, the dog was given pain medications to keep him comfortable.
Everything Beagle continues on his road to recovery, and his wounds have made significant improvement; his infections have since cleared. Despite all he’s been through, this loving boy’s spirits are high and he’s eager for pets from the staff.
