In New York, a rescue dog named Kelly melted hearts when she realized her foster mom had decided to adopt her. More than 600,000 viewers shared the delightful experience on a TikTok clip posted by @Waldosrescue.

Maybe you might be interested in fostering a pup or two? There are currently eight puppies almost six-weeks of age, and four fosters would be perfect to care for these adorable bundles of puppy cuteness until they are adopted. Puppy pairs are easier than just one puppy because they like to play with each other and keep each other busy.
