Imagine how poor Elvis (aka Juniper) is feeling. The 10-month-old puppy has been at the Riverside Animal Shelter in Jurupa Valley, California since July 10, and already he has come down with an upper respiratory illness. He remains on the medical rescue list and needs help immediately.
