Four-year-old Tulip is lost among the cute, wiggly young puppies. She stands behind the fluffy lap dogs who are the first to be noticed and adopted. And there’s Tulip – just another brown dog of a not so special breed in the too crowded Arlington Animal Services in Texas. What are her chances; no matter how well-behaved she is and how patiently she waits?
While some bark and paw at the glass, and others hop up and wiggle all around, Tulip waits patiently. Quietly.
Tulip is described as being very sweet; it’s so sad no one has even stopped to meet her. The sadness in her eyes tells us she is afraid she will never find someone to love her.
