Not far from the Watts neighborhood in Los Angeles, a heartless owner pulled up to the corner and abandoned four tiny puppies in a gutter. Two of the puppies had been tied together with a too tight band only 12 inches apart; one puppy almost strangled.
It had been a Good Samaritan who stopped after two homeless people had been doing their best trying to care for the puppies after they saw the heartless person pull over to the side of the road and push the puppies out of the vehicle.
And again it had been Suzette Hall, founder of Logan’s Legacy 29, who arrived and helped. The puppies smelled awful and were covered from head to toes in fleas and ticks. One of the puppies has a huge hernia that will need immediate surgery.
They are so sweet and so thankful to be safe. And so adorable. They knew somebody came for them and were grateful for their rescue.
Suzette
Suzette’s rescue is desperate for donations and is hopefully able to raise the money to attend to the needs of these four innocent “throwaways.” Updates to follow, but in the meantime, their pictures show how miracles do happen.
