At the City of Malvern Animal Shelter in Malvern, Arkansas, Molly and her four puppies are fighting for their lives.
Veterinarians treating Molly and her family who have been victims of extreme animal cruelty. For Molly to be in this condition, means she has been suffering her entire short life. It had been an unnamed individual, at this time, who was reported to have been selling Molly and her puppies at a Walmart parking lot.
The City of Malvern Animal Shelter does not have a veterinarian on staff. Cuddle Babies Rescue has agreed to provide 24/7 care for the dogs. Molly and her puppies, however will remain in the custody of the City of Malvern because the owner is being charged with five counts of animal cruelty.

Molly is no more than a 23-pound walking skeleton, and all that is in her stomach are rocks. Sadly, Molly has no muscle mass, is dehydrated and her eyes are sunken into her face. All over her body are ulcers and sores.
The City of Malvern animal Shelter takes cruelty seriously and no an ounce of this is acceptable. we intend to do everything to ensure molly and her babies survive and thrive.

As for the puppies, they are struggling to survive. Volunteers are feeding Molly every two hours with a half cup of food even though she wants more. The puppies have been eating a small amount at a time plus they are being given intravenous fluids since they really don’t know how to drink water from a bowl yet.
The prognosis for Molly and the puppies remains guarded; they are all receiving life saving medical intervention. Molly is no more than one year old; her puppies are approximately five weeks of age.
