UPDATE: ADOPTED!
At the Coachella Shelter for Riverside County Animal Control, a two-year-old German shepherd named Eva was happy her shelter mate left with a new family today. She seemed to have wished Shannon, the Belgian Malinois, goodbye and good luck, but Eva’s status has not changed; Eva is slated to be euthanized; the shelter states Eva is suffering from kennel stress. (Shannon was also marked as having kennel stress, but was adopted today)

Volunteers at the shelter say Eva is a good dog and just needs a chance. Adoptions must be done in person; fees on coded dogs are very minimal. She’s a good girl. Her life could be spared if a foster parent becomes available. Please share her plight. Sadly, she could be euthanized at any time. Sharing saves lives.
