At the Babylon Animal Shelter in Amityville, New York, 13-year-old Bindi still holds out hope someone will see her photos, read her story and rush to the shelter to meet her. It is then, at that magical moment, that her new human will make that truly ethereal connection, and those long years at the shelter will be just a passing memory. Bindi will finally go home and live happily ever after.
In the meantime, Bindi can only dream of a real home. She has not been doing well at the shelter because at times, the noise and the strangers become stressful. Bindi has been at the shelter since May 21, 2021. Perhaps if everyone could read about her here and share her plight with everyone on their list of friends and family, this girl’s dream of having a real home, will come true.
Bindi would do best being the only pet in the home and with children over 12 years of age. She loves to play ball, and two balls at one time as part of the game would be even better.
Bindi #21-160, female. Arrived 5/21/2021 at 10 years old.

BINDI WAS HEARTBROKEN. She got all dressed up, and no one asked her to be their Valentine.
