In Tucson, Arizona, firefighters and animal rescue officers came to the rescue of a dog whose obvious curiosity resulted in getting his head trapped in a cinder block wall. Ouch!
According to the Pima Animal Care Center, rescuers responded to a report about the dog being stuck. Rural Metro Fire Department arrived at the scene and had to break through the blocks to free the pooch. Appropriately named Cinder by his rescuers, the dog is recovering at the shelter.
“Rural Metro Firefighters were called out to assist Pima Animal Care Center with a young pup unable to free his head from a block wall. Cinder is free from the wall and doing much better now! Great job to Captain Pittenger and crew.”
