Young depressed Great Pyrenees needs a family before overcrowded shelter puts him to sleep

Admin

Meet Gunther; a one-year-old Great Pyrenees who arrived at the San Jacinto Valley Animal Campus shelter as a stray on February 15, 2024. Yes, it is hard to believe Gunther has been listed as lost or a stray for a month, and his family never came to the shelter looking for him.

Now, the 75-pound friendly and very calm dog seems to show his emotions and the need for him to be with a family so he can be loved and cherished.

gunther is very sweet and easy going. He looks so sad and needs a new family of his own. Please consider all dogs urgent. This shelter is full and they are euthanizing for space
