In Mobile, Alabama, Leonardo is depressed. He has been at the City of Mobile Alabama Shelter for a month and just hates it; this boy is just so depressed. It would seem Leonardo suffers from “black dog syndrome” – adopters choose the flashier pooches and Leonardo watches them happily receiving kisses, wagging their tails and leaving the shelter with their new families.
“What about me? I’m a great dog. Why doesn’t anyone want me?,” Leonardo continues to ask with the saddest expression he can muster up hoping someone will want to love him.
The City of Mobile Animal Shelter is open for adoptions so Leonardo is waiting for his family every single day.
