Rocky surely must be familiar with the Miami-Dade Animal Services, because he has been surrendered to the shelter four times. Yes, four times, and it’s not fair. Just look at his picture – he is sad and has given up. This time he’s a senior, and he may never leave from the front door again.
Rocky’s advocate writes:
“… feels he may not get out alive this time due to his age. Poor senior Rocky #A1566037 (new id #A2251264) was originally brought to the shelter on 2013 when he was just a year old. Since then he has returned 3 times. Only now he’s an 8 year old senior without any interest, becoming a long resident and losing all hope. He deserves so much better than spending his days lonely in his kennel. Staff and volunteers are able to cheer him up when outside giving him the love and attention he craves.”
