What must life to like to feel this scared and utterly abandoned

Admin

At the Nueces County rural shelter a puppy inches into the corner as close as she can and stares at the cement walls shivering in fright. What must her young life be like to feel this scared and utterly abandoned?

Equally as frightening and likely having added to her complete withdrawal from humans is that she was captured using a trap. And on the 500 block of Wildwood in Robstown, Texas, a resident called animal control officers to have her removed and sent on to the shelter.

Her name is Katherine, and tragically it is thought this sweet puppy was dumped on the side of the road just like so many other unwanted pooches in the Robstown area.

Katherine will be available for adoption on December 29. She is in Kennel 8 – Nueces County Rural Shelter. For additional information, please call 410.608.2195 or click here. Please share Katherine with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives.
