A family from Wisconsin was reunited with their beloved ten-month-old Boston terrier on Tuesday after the pooch was stolen from an outside holiday lights show.
According to NewsChannel3, Bruno had been stolen along with the family’s vehicle on Friday night, December 17. The vehicle was later found on Milwaukee’s south side Monday night, but Bruno was not there. The Soto family had gone to the Christmas display at Jellystone Park, and when they left their vehicle, accidentally left the keys behind.
It wasn’t long before their car just seemed to have disappeared, and Bruno, who had been in the car, disappeared also. The family was so distraught at the loss of their dog, they offered a $4,000 reward for Bruno’s safe return – no questions asked.
On Monday evening, an anonymous caller contacted the family and indicated Bruno had been seen in Kozi Park. He was found tied up there later that night.
Needless to say, the family is thankful to have Bruno home. Merry Christmas Bruno – we are all glad you have been reunited with your family.
