When Brownie Mae’s human family moved and decided to leave their three-year-old dog behind, the heartless owner told the local animal shelter in Georgia “to give her away.” And if that wasn’t uncaring enough, the sister could not be bothered with the dog either.
She doesn’t like dogs and she didn’t like Brownie Mae, she barks. So, the sister brings Brownie Mae to the shelter and requested she be put to sleep.

According to Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, Brownie Mae is so frightened and terrified, the poor pup is just a nervous wreck. The shelter staff refuses to give up on her and is trying to help her and gain her trust.
In less than a day, Brownie Mae is safe! She will have time to decompress at her foster home and learn to trust again.
