A dog named Finn is finally part of his very own family. Finn was taken in at the Babylon Animal Shelter in September 2019, and after all this time, he has been adopted.
Earlier this month, the shelter had created a post on Finn’s behalf, explaining that he needed a “special” owner:
Finnley needs a very special family. He is shy and sweet and looking for love. Finn is a nervous boy who needs a quiet home to learn how to be a dog. He has had a very hard life and needs an understanding and patient family to help him decompress and acclimate to home life.
In Finn’s prior life, he lived in an outside pen – where he was chained. After his owner died, he was rescued because nobody was taking care of him at all.
After years of social media posts, and thanks to a loving staff, Finn has found his “special” family. Congratulations Finn and enjoy your wonderful new life!
