In Bakersfield, California, a pint-sized badly injured Pomeranian was picked up by animal control officers as a stray. The five year old stray arrived at the Bakersfield Animal Care Center on April 21, and he needs a hero now. Veterinarians at the shelter state he had been attacked; he is currently in the medical section of the shelter, but needs immediate care and a hero.
