In Pelham, New Hampshire, a young puppy had to be rescued from its own living room after he got stuck in the recliner. The eight-week-old Shiba Inu may have been trying to hide, but he sure did give his human a scare when no one at the home knew if the puppy was still breathing.
According to the Pelham Police Department Facebook page, Sgt. Keenliside came to the rescue after a call came into the department over the weekend, about a puppy named Neeko being stuck.
… A cozy dark hiding spot gave Neeko’s mom a scare when she couldn’t see him and didn’t know if he was breathing. Sgt. Keenliside arrived to help and after a few minutes of recliner lifting and puppy tetris, got him out from under/inside the chair. Neeko was completely uninjured and happy to be freed thanking him with puppy kisses and a snuggle!
