A Georgia-based animal shelter has a huge wish for two bonded senior dogs who are looking for a home together. The Lifeline Animal Project wants to find Seamus and Finnegan a home together – but not just any home, a hospice foster home that can care for the canine friends until they die.

Sadly, Seamus and Finnegan BOTH have terminal cancer. The animal welfare agency writes:

Seamus and Finnegan have a big wish: to find a home together. Can you help make it come true? After recently arriving at the LifeLine Community Animal Center, we sadly discovered that these two both have terminal cancers. The sooner they can leave the shelter behind, the better.

According to the organization, the dogs are the “sweetest pair you’ll ever meet,” and they do everything together. It is their endearing friendship that motivates the shelter to find them one last home where they can spend the twilight of their life together.

The agency writes:

Our team will provide you with everything you need to care for Seamus and Finnegan. If you can bring them home to fospice (foster+hospice), please sign up today at LifeLineAnimal.org/foster-dogs.
