The kind hearts and volunteers at Stray Rescue of St. Louis seem always to be getting emergency calls asking for help, and Saturday was no different. This boy, now named Ronan, had been scavenging for food, was just so skinny and hungry, when a Good Samaritan intervened and made sure he would get help.
And along came Ronan’s rescuer. Check out his video:

Although Ronan is pitiful to look at now, and his sad eyes tell us how he has suffered, a new life for him begins today. He will never know suffering again, and it is hoped he will forget the pain and suffering an indifferent and neglectful owner allowed to happen. How heartwarming it was how Ronan wagged his tail – happy wags as if he was showing his gratitude.
