Rescue Pup Gains His Confidence From Carrying Around His Blue ‘support Blankie’

In a heartwarming video, TikTok user mykomushroom shares a short clip of her rescue dog named Myko, carrying around his blue “support blankie” which apparently has helped him build his self-confidence.

Myko was adopted by his family from a Pennsylvania shelter after he had been transferred from South Carolina. His past is unknown, but his fears were quite apparent. It seems Myko had been attacked by a neighbor’s dog, who Myko thought had been his friend. That took away Myko’s self confidence, and the incident became a setback with his training – adding to the pup’s lack of self-confidence.

After that incident, Myko no longer wanted to go on walks and would hide, shake and cry. When given the blue blanket however, Myko seemed to take comfort in it, and when he went out for walks with the blanket on his back, he wasn’t so frightened anymore.
