In Fort Worth, Texas, seven-month-old Boxer puppy Luna has spent nearly half of her life at Chuck Silcox Animal Care & Control Center. On January 26, 2023, she was surrendered to the shelter due to the poor health of her owner.
She’s been at the shelter for almost 3 months; almost half her life. She looks so sad just curled up on her cot.
Luna is listed as a Boxer blend and weighs approximately 42 pounds. The information on her surrender form states she has lived with other dogs, cats and children. She is crate-trained and knows the following commands of “sit” “shake” and “down.”
This sweet pup loves to have fun, is physically fit, loves the outdoors and butt scratches. She is high energy, and according to shelter volunteers, would probably do best in a home without very young children.
Luna is available for foster, adoption or rescue from Fort Worth Animal Care & Control at 4900 Martin Street, Fort Worth, TX 76119. Call:817-392-1234. Make sure to reference #0051951821.
