At the San Bernardino California City Shelter, a four-month-old puppy barely responds to anyone passing by his shelter cage. It’s almost as if he knows there isn’t much hope. On Wednesday, May 3, this little guy and his littermate arrived at the shelter; on Friday, just two days later, his brother was found deceased in their kennel.
Sometimes people are just so callous to the suffering of these innocent, young victims.
Can you imagine his sadness and confusion? ..And look at the photo the shelter uploaded. I mean, take the puppy out of the cage before you take the photo!
