Titan the husky who threw a party for ONE at animal shelter out of ‘doggy jail’ and adopted

Admin

In Colbert County, Alabama, Titan the husky, threw a party for himself making quite the mess at the Colbert County Animal Shelter on Tuesday. It seems the perky pooch popped out into the lobby overnight and completely destroyed the computer on the front desk, files and paperwork.

According to the shelter’s surveillance video, Titan was undoubtedly the culprit who made the mess; and even let two shelter puppies out in the back of the building out while having a fun time.

It had been on Wednesday morning that the shelter posted photos of the damage caused by Titan, and the video posted on TikTok went viral:

And then Titan was sent to “doggy jail” as per the shelter’s Facebook page and had been waiting for someone to post his bail. As luck may have it, an experienced husky owner came to the shelter on Wednesday to post his bail and adopt him.

The shelter has now reduced their adoption fees in honor of Titan’s … er could we say energy, and are encouraging adopters to bail out Titan’s pals. The shelter is crowded, and it is hoped with $25 fees, more families will come and find their new best friends.

The shelter is also hosting Spring Into A Home event on Saturday, May 20; lots of vendors and lots of adoptable pets are waiting for you.

Note* Sweet Titan has tested positive for heartworms. His new owner has a go fund me set up to get him the treatment he needs. If you would like to donate, the link above goes directly to the owner.
