At the Apple Valley Shelter in Southern California, the owner of a seven-year-old nearly blind German shepherd abandoned his dog on the side of a busy road and never bothered to turn around and say goodbye or do what was best for his dog. And now this boy has little chance of leaving the shelter alive unless a kind-hearted rescuer steps up to help.
i gave you my life, my loyalty, my love, my protection. What did you give me? I lost my eyes you dropped me in a shelter that will kill me if I am not saved in a week!

Follow his plight here. For now, this sweet guy has been named Norman. There have been several pledges which will be collected after Norman is pulled to safety by an approved rescue organization and is safely out of the shelter.
Please share Norman’s story. We can’t change this boy’s past, but we can improve the quality of his future. Sharing saves lives.
