It wasn’t long ago that a young Catahoula Leopard puppy was rescued by All4Paws Animal Rescue in Pawley’s Island after he had been hit by a car and found on the side of the road with two broken legs.
The now eight-month-old puppy has been named Hercules, and his path to recovery was both complicated and expensive. Two surgeries, after care, rehabilitation and other specialty care procedures cost $8,000. Fortunately the organization has a compassion fund which helped to pay for the dog’s recovery expenses.
And now the best part – Hercules is ready to find his forever home. At the current time, he is living with his foster family while still receiving specialized care for his legs.
So what’s he like? The staff from the rescue describe Hercules as a “big goofball who loves to eat and play.”
My BESTIE this week, Hercules, is a crazy, happy bundle of joy who loves to jump and play and run around! the crazy thing is, he came to the shelter with 2 broken legs and now that he’s all fixed up you could never tell! He’s love love lovesssss food and would be overjoyed to be your meal companion forever and ever
