It had been a Good Samaritan in Compton, California who spotted an abandoned dog trying her best to survive in the near 100 degree temperatures at a storage site far from any residential areas. Had the dog run away from her home or what was more likely, someone had just driven her to the area and abandoned her.
Perhaps she had been a dog used for breeding and her reproductive years had expired? Sadly, she carried huge mammary tumors from being bred over and over.
Sometimes angels watch over those most in need, and at this site, a kind man had spotted her and wanted to help. He used one of the containers to make her a little home; out of the intense sun and provided her with food and water. And then he called for help.

It was Suzette Hall, founder of Logan’s Legacy 29 who answered the man’s plea for assistance. And the moment Suzette arrived and saw the dog, an instant bond formed between the two, and the lonely dog knew she was soon to be safe in her hero’s arms.
She literally wagged her tail all the way to me and literally cuddled in my arms. Sweet as can be. I wonder if she ever had a name or new love. Well she will know love now.

Meet Clementine. She will never spend another night in a storage container.
Clementine’s latest medical update indicates she needs her rotten teeth removed as well as multiple mammary tumors tested for malignancy and removed. Please help; donations are needed.
