Puppy with broken leg had been painfully hiding behind abandoned house when his luck changed

It had been on Saturday morning in a St. Louis neighborhood when a Good Samaritan had been walking his own dog; who suddenly started barking towards the thick bushes. And there he was; a puppy with a broken leg hiding in the bushes behind an abandoned home. Would anyone have found this little one guy had the man’s own puppy not alerted him?

No doubt the puppy was ready to be rescued. The kindhearted man scooped the puppy up into his arms, carried him home and kept him safe until Stray Rescue of St. Louis arrived.

He’s a magical little baby with those pretty tan eyes. His leg is broken and he is just a baby. Everything will get better from here, buddy.
