Bobby needs a loving home; this friendly boy is sure to steal your heart if given a chance, but instead of enjoying the rest of his life, this sweet, nine-year-old Labrador retriever is on Saturday’s euthanasia list.
Bobby arrived at the San Bernardino City Shelter on September 27 as a stray. Of course, the shelter is crowded, but Bobby, if given more time is sure to be adopted. Instead, his “skin condition” likely due to allergies, has placed him on top of the list even though he tested negative for mange.
A volunteer writes:
Bobby is an older dog, but he is full of energy and loves playing fetch. He knows some commands and has been taught to sit while waiting to retrieve a toy.
This sweet guy was fine with other dogs in the playgroup while accompanied by his trainer and was very people friendly as well.
