In Palmdale, California, this tiny male apricot miniature poodle mix has apparently been neglected all of his life. Shelter staff at the L.A. County Animal Care Control in Palmdale estimate this dog to be no more than four-years-old. He was found as a stray, and it is suspected either a backyard breeder or possibly a hoarder situation resulted in a number of similar looking dogs having been abandoned in the Littlerock area. All of the dogs are in need of medical care.
