At the Riverside County Animal Control in Riverside, California, a handsome two-year-old German shepherd, named Kevin was left waiting at the shelter door after a family had promised to adopt him. The shelter was all set to say goodbye – the 69-pound brown and black stunner had been neutered and recovering from surgery. And then he waited.

And waited. And waited, but the family never arrived.

Kevin’s future is now looking bleak. He has been at the shelter for more than a month. His friends tell us that this highly intelligent dog has become stressed. Can everyone reach out to help him find a home?
