This is Ziggy, and this young dog’s situation is urgent. Sunday, February 4, 2024 is his deadline, and Miami-Dade Animal Services has scheduled him to be euthanized. He has already been granted a previous 24-hour extension.
Ziggy entered the shelter on January 11, 2024, and his family never came to reclaim him. When he arrived, he was healthy, but now he has an upper respiratory infection and has been lethargic, depressed and struggling to breathe. He has been noted to have lymphedema in both front legs.
