A senior Pomeranian in immediate need of rescue needs help. He is back at the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter again. Three years ago, he was brought into the shelter – again picked up as a stray, but was reclaimed by his family. What happened this time? Is his family going to return again and take Bolt home?
When found as a stray in 2018, Bolt was found walking in circles. It was unknown at the time if he is blind or has limited vision.
