Three-year-old Guiness became available for adoption on January 7, 2022 #A758958. He was an owner surrender who told the staff at the Devore Animal Shelter they had found him nine months ago and had decided to keep him, but were recently cited for not having had him licensed; and therefore – decided to dump him at the shelter.
