Woman who tried to surrender her dogs in wrong jurisdiction instead abandoned them in shelter parking lot

Admin

When a heartless woman took two dogs to the San Bernardino Animal Shelter in California to surrender them and was told she lived in a different jurisdiction, decided to just abandon the little ones in the shelter’s parking lot, nearly running one of them over with her vehicle.

Check out the video. (The woman in the long dress is the shelter director. The woman leaving the dogs in the parking lot is dressed in black workout clothes). According to information shared, the woman claimed she found the dogs, and they were not her responsibility. Onlookers watched as the dogs tried to jump on the woman seemingly eager to get back into her vehicle.
