What could be sadder than a senior dog who spent her nearly entire life being loyal to her family and suddenly she finds himself in a strange environment missing her home. At Nicholas Pet Haven in Tyler, Texas, the staff and volunteers are reaching out to friends, family and social media contacts for help find Alina some place she can rest, be loved and spend what time she has left.
Alina arrived at the rescue covered in fleas, but now she has been treated and is far more comfortable. She is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, has a negative heartworm test and gets along with other animals. She just needs a family to love her in her golden years.
At this time, Alina is being housed in the cat house section of the rescue organization and is reported to be very sad. Please share this pup’s plight with friends, family and social media contacts. Hopefully someone has seen her photo and has fallen in love.
